Amba-Halder (fresh turmeric pickle)

Ingredients:
1.      2 tablespoons ginger juice(optional)
2.      2 cups fresh turmeric (amba-haldar)
3.      2 tablespoon lemon juice
4.      1/4 teaspoon salt
Method:
1.      First wash and peel yellow and white turmeric. (When peel and cut turmeric were plastic gloves.)
2.      Cut in to small pieces. (Use glass bowl)
3.      Combine all together and mix well.
4.      Store in glass jar.

Note:
 * It will helps in reducing flatulence, cold and cough.
