Ingredients:
For 12 Muffins
1. 1 cup oats
2. 3/4 cup butter milk
3. 1 cup cake flour
4. 1 cup brown sugar powder
5. 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
6. 1 cup apple sauce (about 2 or 3 large apple)
7. 1/2 cup margarine
8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
9. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
10. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Method:
1. Preheat the oven @ 190 degrees c.
2. Peel the apple and add butter milk in mixture make puree.
3. In one bowl combine margarine, flex seed, and sugar.
4. Beat them until light and fluffy.
5. In one bowl combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
6. Add this mixture in butter mixture and beat well.
7. Then add oat and stir until combined.
8. Pour this mixture in muffin mold and sprinkle some oat in top.
9. Bake 18 - 20 minutes, check with tooth pick.
10. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing muffin-tops.
